La Campaigne du Château 2022 is a 3-day weekend immersed in the martial & material culture of the latter half of the Hundred Years’ War. Events of the weekend include armored and unarmored passages of arms, hiking in armor, exploring a castle, mixed armor group skirmishes, classes in everything from fighting to dancing, plus period food and clothing throughout and a grand feast Saturday night. The event hosted by the Company of the Lynx Argent and will take place at Turner Falls State Park in Davis, Oklahoma.

Last month I joined scores of other medieval re-enactors at the Oak Grove War Memorial Walking Trail, site of this year's The Days of Knights event. The mile-long trail weaves in and around a wooded park that serves as a frisbee golf course.
